Information on This Flu Season

In this week's "Health Living", this flu season is shaping up to be the worst in years.  It looks like we still have at least six more weeks to go.

The Centers for Disease Control says, the flu is widespread in 48 states; including Alabama, Florida, and Mississippi.

The CDC says, we're probably half-way into flu season, but, it's not too late to protect yourself and your family from the flu.

Monica Knight with the Mobile County Health Department joined us on Studio10 with some information and tips on how to stay safe.
