BBQ Ribs and Sauce

Ingredients:
Special Sweet Dry Rub
Your Meat of Choice

Steps:
Wash and prepare meats
Season with dry rub
Smoke at a temp of 250 degrees for hours
*Tip- Try not to flip the meat too much

Two mile walk through the historic district of Midtown Mobile.  Silent auction and BBQ competition will begin after the walk. Participants int he BBQ Cook-Off will compete in Professional and Amateur divisions. Funds raised support the programs of the Dumas Wesley Community Center that serves at-risk youth, senior citizens and homeless women and children.
