Blue Bell's new flavor creations

Southern Peach Cobbler Parfait Ingredients:
3 scoops Blue Bell Southern Peach Cobbler Ice Cream, approximately 1/3 cup each
2 T. white chocolate shavings
2 T. chopped pecans, toasted
Canned whipped cream
1 fresh raspberry, optional

Steps:
Place one scoop of ice cream in a chilled parfait glass.  
Sprinkle with one teaspoon white chocolate and one teaspoon pecans.  
Repeat layers.  
Add remaining ice cream scoop to the glass.  
Top with whipped cream.  
Sprinkle with remaining chocolate and nuts.  
Garnish with raspberry, optional.  

Blue Bell Berries n Cream Ingredients:
1 scoop Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream (approximately ½ cup)
¼ cup fresh blueberries
¼ cup sliced fresh strawberries
2 T. frozen whipped topping, thawed (or canned whipped cream)
2 t. shaved white chocolate (optional)

Steps:
Place scoop of ice cream in a chilled dessert bowl.  
Top with berries.  
Add a dollop of whipped topping.  
Sprinkle with white chocolate shavings, optional.  
Serve immediately.
