Boneless Stuffed Leg of Lamb

INGREDIENTS:
Leg of Lamb - boned and butterflied
Olive Oil
8 oz crumbled Feta cheese
8 oz Sundried Tomatoes
1 bunch chopped Parsley
Kosher Salt
Oregano
Rosemary
Pepper
Garlic

STEPS:
Rub Lamb with olive oil. Season with salt, oregano, rosemary and pepper.  Stuff with feta, sundried tomatoes, parsley and garlic.

Roll and tie lamb leg with twine, place on broiler pan and cook at 350 until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.

Mosley's Meats has been family owned and operated for more than 30 years. The Mosley family bought Cady's Grocery and founded Mosley's Market, Inc. in 1974.  They opened their Daphne location, Mosley's Fine Meats in 1999.

About the Guest:
Daron Mosley grew up in the meat business, working alongside his brother, Joey.  Taught by their father, they have passed down their knowledge to their sons. Daron's son Christopher runs the Daphne store. Joey's son David is in the Mobile store.  Daron and his wife Terri also have five children - three daughters, Janna, Lexus and Patty and two sons Donny and Christopher.

Daron loves cooking and anything that keeps him outdoors. That would be Fishing, fishing and fishing!!!
