INGREDIENTS:
2 oz. Pancetta
1 Tbl Olive oil
2 Tbl Garlic
1 tsp Sage
1 Tbl Basil
1 Onion diced
1 lb. Cannellinni beans
32 oz. Chicken stock
1 slice Prosciutto
6 oz. Shrimp

STEPS:
Sauté pancetta in olive oil with garlic and onions
Add beans and chicken stock
Smash beans against side of pan to thicken soup. Season to taste and add basil and sage.
Sauté shrimp in oil and top off soup with shrimp and prosciutto. Serve hot.
