Chicken Black Bean Chili

INGREDIENTS:
Bag of chicken strips
Olive oil
3 large tomatoes
3 celery stalks
Fresh parsley
Fresh basil
1 large onion
Minced garlic
Chili powderpowder
Cumin seasoning (very important)
Tony's creole seasoning
Garlic powder
2 cans black beans

STEPS:
Season chicken with creole seasoning and garlic powder, then cook thoroughly
Set aside

Chop tomatoes, onion, celery, ½ cup parsley, ½ cup basil
Put chopped ingredients in large pot
Add 3 tablespoons minced garlic & cook over medium heat in olive oil until slightly soft.

Chop chicken, add to pot. Add black beans (do not drain if using canned beans)
Add 5 cups of water (more or less depending on preferred thickness)
Add 1 tablespoon salt, 4 tablespoons cumin,  3 tablespoons chili powder

Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes
Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes
