Chocolate Kahlua Cupcakes & Fox10's 60th Anniversary Cake

INGREDIENTS:
1 package chocolate or devils food cake mix
1 small package chocolate instant pudding mix
4 eggs
3/4 C. oil
1/3 C. Kahlua
6 oz.  sour cream
1 C. chocolate chips

STEPS:
With mixer blend cake mix, pudding mix, oil and Kahlua.  Add eggs and blend two more minutes.  Add sour cream until blended and stir in chocolate chips.

Pour into a greased cupcake pan and bake for 20-25 minutes at 300 degrees until done.

Turn onto wire rack after 15 minutes and cool.  Dust with confection sugar.

You can also make this in a bundt pan, just change the temperature to 350 degrees and cook for 45-50 minutes.
