Combo Fajitas

Beef O'Brady's

INGREDIENTS:
3.5 oz. Skirted Steak
3.5 oz. Marinated Chicken
3 oz. Marinated Onions
3 oz. Green Peppers
Several flour Tortillas

STEPS:
Grill steak and chicken until thoroughly cooked.  Grill marinated peppers and onions until hot.

Place peppers and onions on hot skillet plate

Transfer your cooked meats to a cutting board and slice thin to place onto skillet with peppers and onions.

Warm your tortillas and serve.

Lettuce, sour cream, cheddar cheese and salsa are popular toppings.

Let each person make their own tortilla, by adding meat, veggies and toppings of their choice.

Todd Wysong owns the Beef O'Brady's restaurant in Tillman's Corner.  He graduated from the University of South Alabama where he ran track and field.  Wysong has been in business for six years.  He is an avid golfer and a family man.  Wysong has been married for 15 years and they have two children ages nine and six.
