Sauce Ingredients:
1 1/2 oz Virgin Olive Oil
Chopped Garlic
Steps:
Cook before starting pizza
Cook on lowest heat until garlic is golden.
Pizza Ingredients:
14" Pizza Crust
8-9oz Baby Spinach Leaves.
3oz Diced Onions
4 Slices of Tomato then quarter
3 oz Chopped Broccoli
3oz Sliced Mushrooms
3oz Artichoke Hearts
5oz Grilled Chicken Breast Chopped
1 1/2 oz Parmesean Fine Grated
2oz Feta Cheese Crumbled
9oz Shredded Mozzarella
Pizza Building Steps:
Preheat oven to 410 degrees.
Take one 14" Pizza Crust and spread olive oil and garlic in thin layer on top of crust. A brush works fine.
Spread baby spinach leaves over pizza leaving a little space in between
Follow with onions, tomatoes, broccoli, mushrooms, artichoke hearts, chicken, parmesan cheese, feta cheese and shredded mozzerella.
Cook till cheese bubbles or golden brown. Should take about 5-8 minutes.
