INGREDIENTS:
2 packages of your favorite uncooked cinnamon rolls
8 oz. of cream cheese
Colored Sugar Sprinkles (purple, green and yellow)
Mardi Gras Baby (optional)
1 egg
1 Tbls. water

STEPS:
Open cinnamon rolls pack together into a ball.

On a lightly floured surface, use a rolling pin to flatten ball of dough into a rectangle shape.
Cut dough in half - lengthwise

Fill one half with cream cheese (or your choice of filling) and add baby.

In a bowl, beat your egg and water together to create an egg wash. Lightly brush some of the egg wash around edges and put other half of dough on top of the filling.  Crimp edges together and and form dough into a round wreath.  Then lightly brush egg wash over dough.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown (Follow temperature directions on cinnamon roll package).

When you take it out of the oven, use the icing included in the cinnamon rolls to ice top of cake, then sprinkle the colored sugar on top.
