INGREDIENTS:
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
1 teaspoon olive oil
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
4 (6-ounce) salmon fillets (or fish of choice)
Cooking spray
STEPS:
To prepare salmon, combine first 4 ingredients in a large zip-top plastic bag. Add fish to bag; seal. Marinate 10 minutes, turning occasionally.
While fish marinates, heat grill pan or large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Remove fish from bag, discarding marinade. Coat pan with cooking spray. Add fish, and cook 5 minutes on each side or until the fish flakes easily when tested with a fork. Serve with citrus salsa.
INGREDIENTS: Citrus Salsa
1/2 cup diced peeled mango
1/2 cup cubed peeled kiwifruit
1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
1 Tablespoon jalapeno pepper (optional)
1/4 cup diced bell pepper
1 Tablespoon red onion
2 Tablespoons lime juice
1/4 cup fresh orange juice
STEPS:
In medium bowl, combine all of the ingredients. Refrigerate for 10 to 15 minutes before serving
INGREDIENTS: Green Bean Almond Stir-fry
1 tablespoon salt
1 pound green beans
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons smart balance light
3/4 cup (about 3 ounces) whole blanched almonds, coarsely chopped
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
STEPS:
Bring 4 quarts of water to a boil in a large pot.
Add 1 tablespoon of the salt and the green beans, return to a boil, and cook until just tender, about 3 minutes.
Drain and plunge into a bowl of ice water. Drain again and set aside.
Heat the oil and smart balance in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the almonds and cook, stirring often, about 2 minutes.
Transfer to a plate and sprinkle with the remaining salt and the pepper. Place the beans in a large bowl, toss with the almonds, and serve.
INGREDIENTS: Advocare Muscle Gain Shake

½ cup frozen strawberries
½ cup frozen blueberries
6-8 oz water
STEPS:
Add 1 pouch or 2 scoops of Advocare Vanilla Muscle Gain to blender.
Add ½ cup frozen strawberries and ½ cup frozen blue berries.
Add 6-8 ounces of water and blend.
