INGREDIENTS:
1 pack hotdogs
1 pack shredded lettuce
1 pack shredded mild cheddar cheese
2 small roma tomatoes
1 can of chili w/ no beans
1 pack of hotdog buns
1 jar of taco sauce.
STEPS:
Put hotdogs on stove top to boil (I prefer grilled), and your chili on to warm. While the hotdogs and chili are on stove, dice your tomatoes up, and then set aside.
After your hotdogs are cooked, and your chili has warmed, place a hotdog in each bun, and add about 2 tablespoons of chili on top of each hotdog. Take the shredded lettuce and sprinkle over top of the chili, and then spread about a table spoon of diced tomato over the lettuce. Sprinkle the cheddar cheese over the top of the hotdog, and top off with taco sauce.
Optional: diced onions can also be added on top of the chili before the lettuce is added.

About the Chef - Mike Arnold:
This is something I have always wanted to do, open my own hotdog restaurant.
I enjoy talking with people, and I have always loved to cook - ever since I was real young. I also wanted a place where family’s can still go out to eat, without, having to take out a loan to pay for it, so I keep my pricing as low as possible.
All I ask is try my food one time, and I let the food talk for itself.
