New Orleans Style Shrimp Scampi

INGREDIENTS:
6oz Dried Penne Pasta
6 Large Shrimp (peeled & de-veined)
3 Cloves Garlic sliced
Salt
Pepper
Creole Seasoning
2 oz White Wine
2 Roma Tomatoes Diced
2 Green Onions sliced
1 Lemon Juiced
2 turtle Doves
2 Sprigs of Basil sliced
2 Sprigs of Thyme whole
1oz of Parmesan
2 pats of butter

STEPS:
Sauté shrimp in a skillet with a little oil. Add sliced garlic, salt, pepper, creole seasoning, and red chili flake. Deglaze with wine after garlic is browned and add roma tomatoes and herbs. Throw in pasta and finish off with some salt or butter if needed. Serve and top with parmesan and more herbs if needed

Bryan Flaxbeard is a New Orleans native who is classically trained in fine dining. Bryan has worked in Las Vegas, Seattle, St Louis, and Alaska. His passion for food is unexplainable. He can be found 7 days and nights a week working in the kitchen at RBS. His style of cooking draws from many different techniques he has learned while working in some of the top rated restaurants in the US. We are very excited to be bringing this style of cuisine to Mobile, and have been received quite nicely.
