Ingredients:
1 pkg. Pasta (any type)
1 pkg. Bryan Smoked Sausage Links; cut into bite size pieces
1 each Green, Red, & Yellow Bell Peppers; sliced length ways
1 large Onion; sliced length ways
1 jar Alfredo Sauce
Steps:
Cook pasta until almost done. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet add the sausage, onion and peppers.
Sauté; cook until veggies are tender.
Add Alfredo sauce and pasta.
Cook for about 10-15 minutes.
Just enough to heat through the sauce and marry everything together.
Stir constantly to keep from sticking.
Remove from heat and serve warm with crusty French bread.
Sprinkle chopped parsley over the dish when it’s served. Enjoy!
*Instead of adding the pasta to the sausage and pepper sauce, you can place some pasta on a plate and spoon the sausage and pepper sauce over the pasta.
*If you prefer, you can make your own Alfredo sauce.
