INGREDIENTS:
1/4 tsp. Creole Seasoning
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1/2 block of Cream Cheese
1/2 pound peeled Boiled Shrimp
1/2 pound white or dark Crab meat
4 or 5 New Potatoes
1 1/2 pint Heavy Cream
1 White Onion (finely chopped)
STEPS:
Boil the potatoes, dice and set aside.
Boil and peel shrimp, set aside.
Sauté chopped onion and melt Cream Cheese in a sauce pan.
Add potatoes, shrimp, crab meat, heavy cream and your seasonings.
Simmer until hot all the way through.
Serve and Enjoy!
