Shrimp clemenceau

INGREDIENTS:
1 stick butter
2 medium potatoes (peeled and diced small)
2 pounds of small or medium shrimp (peeled and deveined)
2 cloves of garlic (finely chopped)
½ cup of button mushrooms
1 cup of green peas
1/4 tsp. chopped fresh parsley
½ cup of white wine (optional)
Salt & Pepper

STEPS:
In a 2 quart saucepan, melt butt and add potatoes.  Cook for five minutes.  Then add shrimp, garlic and mushroom and cook until the shrimp are tender.  Add peas, parsley and wine.  Salt and pepper to taste.  Cook for another five minutes before serving.

Serves: 4
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Cooking time: 20 minutes
