Mike McKinley with One Meal shows you how to cook a Spider Sandwich. Find out how you can help One Meal continue their mission with feeding the homeless and hungry in Downtown Mobile.

Ingredients:
1 soft shell crab
1 cup vegetable oil
1 cup fish batter
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 bun
Lettuce and tomato
1 tbsp Tartar sauce

Steps:
In a medium skillet, heat oil to 300 degrees.
Combine milk and eggs in a med size bowl.
Place crab in the milk and egg mixture, coating well.
Remove crab from milk and egg and coat well with fish batter ( I like fish fry brand ).
Repeat the milk egg and batter one more time, shake off excess batter and place crab in the oil making sure the legs are spread apart.
BE CAREFUL PUTTING THE CRAB IN THE OIL IT MAY CAUSE THE HOT OIL TO SPATTER AND POP.
Fry the crab to a golden brown on both side.
Remove from oil and place on a Scott brand paper towel to catch the oil.
Place the crab on the bun and top with lettuce, sliced tomato and tartar sauce.

Now you can enjoy a spider sandwich! And send a donation to One Meal to help feed the homeless and hungry
