MOBILE, Ala. - Instagram is stepping up it's web presence by allowing users to finally have web profiles! This comes about one week after Instagram's most photograhed event ever, when 800,000 photos were uploaded with the hashtag, #Sandy.

Instagram expects all 100 million registered users to have a functioning web page by the end of this week.

Instagram says it's still primarily mobile focused, so there won't be any web uploading of pics, but you can still like and comment on other user's photos from the web, as well as edit your profile.

To see your new Instagram web profile, go to instagram.com/your user name.

Shutterstock is making the creative process a little more convenient for photographers and designers with the launch of the Shutterstock iPhone app.

Users can now browse, save, and upload directly from their iPhone with the free app, available in the Apple App Store .

If you need online storage, cubby.com is a website, similar to Dropbox that allows you to have free online storage that can be accessed from any device, and now it's available to everyone.

Yes, there are plenty of online storage sites already, but the difference from Cubby is that it has a sync solution that keeps your folders up-to-date between computers and mobile devices. Sign up at Cubby.com.

New Cubby users get 5 gigabytes of free storage, but can earn up to 25 gigabytes for free through referrals. There is an IOS, Android, and Desktop app for Cubby.

That's your Daily Tech.
