INGREDIENTS:
Approx. 1 lb. Chicken Breast Tenderloins
1lb. Farfalle a.k.a. Bow Tie Pasta
1 Jar Vodka Sauce
1 Jar Cheesy or Creamy Alfredo Sauce
Vegetable Oil
Minced Garlic
Garlic Powder
Onion Powder
Black Pepper
Parsley Flakes
STEPS:
Boil and drain bow tie pasta
Add vegetable oil to a wok or giant skillet, just enough to cover bottom of pan, don’t overdo it. Heat.
Add chicken
Drain oil and chicken excess once it turns white (you also have the option not to drain, I just prefer making it less oily)
Put chicken back in skillet and season with garlic and onion powder to taste
Continue to cook chicken until it is golden brown
Pour Vodka Sauce and Alfredo Sauce on top of chicken in the same skillet
Add in Minced Garlic and Black Pepper to taste
Serve by combining pasta and the chicken vodka alfredo
Add a little color with some parsley flake garnish
Eat and enjoy!
