Dollar store decorating challenge

Dollar stores are not what they used to be. It is truly shocking what you can find in the aisles of these budget friendly shops. We took our Consumer Watch segment over to the Family Dollar and put an interior designer to the test. The challenge? To decorate a dining room with only items purchased at the Family Dollar. The budget was 100 dollars.
