Want your makeup to look perfect at your Homecoming dance? It's easy with just a few steps, and there are great, different looks for Freshmen, Sophomores, Juniors, and Seniors!
No matter what grade you're in, be sure you begin every makeup application with a clean, fresh face. Then choose a moisturizer that best suits your skin type. If you have problem areas you cant to cover up, choose your favorite concealer and apply it to those areas.
Next, choose a primer for your face and eyes. Primer helps keep your makeup looking flawless all day. You'll also want to get makeup brushes. Using quality makeup brushes allows makeup to be applied perfectly.
Great looks for each grade level:
Freshman -
Step one: Apply PrimeTime Primer on face and eyes
Step two: Apply BareMinerals foundation using circular motions
Step 3: Choose your favorite cheek color and brush color onto cheek bones, from nose to ear
Step 4: For a natural glam eye, cover lid with with a highlighting shade, then line the eye right above the lash line with a glitter liner. Then apply mascara in an upward motion.
Step 5: Apply natural gloss from BareMinerals
Sophomore -
Repeat steps 1-3 from above
Step 4: For a natural smokey eye, choose your shades that best suit you. Highlight inner eye and extend highlight over brow bone. Apply your dark shade starting from the outer edge of eye, then blend into crease and center. Line lower inner lid with a black liner and bring the darker shade from the top lid and apply underneath eye to create that smokey look. Finish off with your favorite mascara.
Step 5: Apply a natural lip color or gloss
Junior -
Repeat steps 1-3 from above
Step 4: For the perfect Hollywood look, choose a liquid precision liner in black and line top lid above lash line. Start from inner eye lid and draw outward into that perfect cat like look. Finish with your mascara
Step 5: Line lips with perfect red lip liner and fill in. Choose your favorite red lip color and apply all over lip.
Senior -
Repeat steps 1-4 from Sophomore look
A smokey eye can be subtle or it can be very dramatic! It's all in the colors you choose. When applying a dramatic eye, always choose a nude lip color. When applying a natural eye, go for a bold lip color.
