While retreats vary in length, most last either 5 days or are offered on weekends, or mid-day Friday through Sunday afternoon. All retreats are suitable for people at any level of fitness.

"Day Escapes" are designed for people who want to enjoy an escape just for the day. Day-Escape is an all-inclusive package that includes two 50 minute spa treatments, a healthy lunch at café escape and a fresh juice or fruit smoothie. Day-Escape guests are invited to enjoy all amenities including the infinity pool, escape-on the water, spa relaxation lounges, sauna, steam, whirlpool, fitness studio and the meditation garden for $199.00.

Hands-On Classes are offered at the Culinary Studio that are perfect for “foodies” and anyone who enjoys fine cuisine. Classes and menus include French, Italian, Mediterranean, New American, and Pan Asian. Under chef instruction, guests will prepare a three or four course meal. The 3 hour experience culminates with guests enjoying the fruits of their labor which is dinner at the Chefs Table.

The Chefs Table is located inside the kitchen of the Culinary Studio. It's a great place to celebrate special occasions including birthdays and anniversaries. Chef Jay Norris and his staff prepare a very special dinner menu of your choice. Chefs Table is great for small intimate parties of up to twelve.

You can also have an “Escape Wedding” where personalized and dedicated staff takes care of everything! The Meditation Garden is a beautiful location to exchange vows. The culinary team will cater to all food and beverage wants and desires, and guests will enjoy their stay in the hotel on level 15. Wind Creek offers wedding planning services, bridal spa packages and pre-bridal retreats.
