MOBILE, Ala. - American Express has teamed up with Twitter to make online shopping as simple as tweeting a hashtag.
It's called the Amex-Sync system, and all American Express customers have to do to start shopping is sync their cards with a public Twitter account.
Once members tweet certain hashtags, they will receive a reply confirmation hashtag and an email. After confirming the purchase, their card is charged and the product is shipped out. Keep in mind, this service is only for select discounted products.
A new survey shows that a surprising number of credit reports contain mistakes. According to the survey, one in four people found an error.
The Federal Trade Commission says that 5 percent had errors leading to higher costs for things like car loans and insurance. Make sure to check your credit report!
