BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE:WFC) said today the company is contributing $25,000 to the American Red Cross to support hurricane disaster relief and recovery efforts in Louisiana and Mississippi.
“We’re reaching out to help our team members, neighbors, friends, families and customers who have been affected by Hurricane Isaac,” said Leigh Collier, Wells Fargo Mid-South regional president. “Our Red Cross organization and its volunteers provide excellent assistance to those impacted by local disasters and we truly appreciate their efforts.”
Wells Fargo customers affected by Hurricane Isaac should contact their banker and visit their nearest Wells Fargo store to discuss financial options. Wells Fargo will work one-on-one with its consumer and business customers to explore case-by-case assistance. Affected customers may also contact Wells Fargo 24 hours a day, seven days a week at 1-800-TO-WELLS (1-800-869-3557).
