GULF SHORES, Ala. (WALA) - Weather from the tropical disturbance in the Gulf of Mexico is definitely being felt in Gulf Shores.

One red flag is up at the Gulf State Park Pavilion in Gulf Shores which means high surf and/or strong currents present a potential hazard for swimmers.

Still, there are a lot of people at the pavilion watching the waves and wondering what the weather will be like tomorrow.

We have a regularly updating page that tells the conditions at local beaches as well, here .
