Simply Healthy | Pineapple-Kale Smoothie

This is the perfect good morning blend, pairing protein, potassium, and vitamins A, C, E and K.

Ingredients

Makes two smoothies

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 cup packed chopped kale
  • 1/2 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 banana
  • 2 tbs. ground flax seed

Puree all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Serve immediately or refrigerate up to 24 hours.
