(CNN) - There's no such thing as a case of the Mondays, according to a survey.

According to Health Magazine, it seems that our moods are no better or worse on Mondays than they are Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.

Researchers at Stony Brook University in New York analyzed Gallup telephone poll data from a large national survey.

Even the weekends aren't safe. A separate study found people are grumpiest on Sunday, possibly because they are depressed about returning to work the following day.

Health Magazine quotes a Harvard University professor who suggests to think of a good thing to look forward to each day to brighten your mood.
