A third woman charged in connection with the kidnapping of a 6-year-old Kemper County girl has been denied bond. U.S. Magistrate Judge Keith Ball ruled Friday that 25-year-old Shamarius Ruffin should be jailed until a grand jury meets. He earlier ordered Jesse Mae Brown Pollard and Wanda Dancy held.
