MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WALA) - Saturday, June 8, Alabama State Troopers were involved in a deadly shooting, killing 21-year-old Garrett Chruma.
FOX10 News has been digging deeper into the incident and on Tuesday, June 11, FOX10 uncovered surveillance video from the Chevron gas station that shows what happened minutes before Chruma was killed.
At the time of that report, the Alabama Bureau of Investigation had not asked for the video.
Wednesday, June 12 an ABI representative showed up at the gas station.
FOX10 asked the ABI why they had not obtained the video sooner.

In the video, you see a state trooper go into the store and according to a cashier, asked for information about Chruma before walking out.
