AUBURN, Ala. (AP) - Auburn apparently will leave spring practice with the offensive backfield still up in the air.
Kiehl Frazier, Clint Moseley and freshman Zeke Pike split snaps fairly evenly at Saturday's spring game.
Coach Gene Chizik says all three protected the football and were pretty efficient. But Chizik says he's "not ready to pull the trigger any time soon" in naming a No. 1 quarterback.
Frazier completed 7 of 9 passes for 92 yards and had a nice over-the-shoulder sideline pass to Emory Blake for a 25-yarder.
Moseley was 5-of-6 for 62 yards while Pike completed half of his eight attempts for 42 yards.
Florida transfer Mike Blakely rushed for 65 yards, including a 25-yard touchdown.
Chizik says he has been inconsistent, though.
The offense-led Blue team beat the White 36-27.
