Monday was an opportunity to feast on this area's finest fare while watching the country's biggest game.
Along with the match up, there was other entertainment to be enjoyed as well; a pie eating contest, a trivia game; and a frozen t-shirt contest, where contestants had to quickly put on a frozen t-shirt.
There were great prizes to be given away including a vacation package.
But as game time approached, these folks made sure their side was known.
"I hope LSU wins!" said one man.
"This is number 3 baby! We're bringing it home for the third time in a row," said an Alabama fan.
"I am from Alabama, my children were born in Louisiana, so it's a win-win situation for me." said a woman representing both teams.
