INGREDIENTS: (Avocado Salsa)
1 c Finely Chopped Tomato
1/2 c Chopped Fresh Cilantro
1/2 c Chopped & Peeled Avocado
2 Tbls finely chopped Red Onion
3 Tbls Fresh Lime Juice
1 clove Minced Garlic
Combine All Ingredients in a bowl - set in fridge.
INGREDIENTS: (Blackened Shrimp Tacos)
1 lb. Peeled Deveined Shrimp
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp ground Cumin
1 tsp Chili Powder
1 Tbls Olive Oil
Flour or Corn Tortillas
Combine dry ingredients in small mixing bowl, toss shrimp in mixture and shake off excess.
In a sauce pan heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sautee shrimp until done.
Start to build taco's w/ corn or flour tortilla, add shrimp, then a spoon of the salsa.
