MOBILE COUNTY, Ala. (WALA) - Authorities at the Mobile County Sheriff's Office said Dustin Kent was arrested on a probation violation on Thursday.
The story is still developing, but authorities said he was arrested just hours ago by the community corrections center.
Relatives said this arrest had to do with Kent setting off his electronic monitoring device numerous times.
Kent was out on bond for rape and sodomy charges tied to what Baldwin County investigators have called an elaborate, incestuous sex ring involving underage victims in both Mobile and Baldwin counties.
