MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - All three suspects accused in the murders of 66-year-old Willie Sullivan, Sr. and his grandson, Glenn, appeared before Judge Rick Stout Tuesday, the same day those that they are accused of killing were laid to rest.
Tavares Jones, 26, Bryant Reynolds, 25, and Ricky Turner, 28, all plead not guilty to capital murder charges.
Each suspect has hired representation. Ricky Turner is being represented by local well-known defense attorney Bob Clark.
"He's not guilty. He wasn't in the house at all," Clark said when asked about his client.
The suspects continue to be held under no bond. Judge Stout set a preliminary hearing for all three for July 15.
