FOLEY, Ala. (WALA) - Foley police arrested a man following an accident that left one person dead Sunday.
Police said Donald Banks and Michael Jones were involved in an accident at around midnight Sunday on South Cypress St. in Foley.
They said Jones was operating his pick-up truck under the influence of alcohol when he crashed into Banks, who had lost control of his motorcycle.
Police said both men were driving recklessly.
Banks, 41, was Life Flighted to Baptist Hospital where he died of his injuries. Jones, 32, was arrested for manslaughter and driving under the influence of alcohol.
