When eReaders first hit the scene, many people didn’tthink they were going to last. Kind of like the old Beta Macs. Thevideo machines never took off like the VHS players.
But it does not look like we will see a repeat of history, asfar as the eReaders are concerned.
Amazon.com has been selling Kindle books for only 33 months andhardcover books for 15 years!
Yet over the past three months, for every 100 hardcover booksthe online retailer sold, it sold 143 Kindle books.
