MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Authorities said, the victim of a deadly late night shooting has been identified as Brandon DeMon Jackson of Mobile.
According to police, officers were called out to the 2500 block of Emogene Street around 11:30 p.m. Monday, July 22 for a report of one shot. When officers arrived, they found a 24 year old man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound. First responders pronounced the victim dead on the scene.
Witnesses say the shooting happened after an argument between the victim and another person. According to neighbors, the victim's name is Brandon Jackson. However, police have not confirmed what led to the shooting or the victim's name.
