Keeping you and your family safe. That's the idea behind FOX10 News Fugitive Files, as we ask for your help each week to find a new suspect.
Mobile Police want to find Kenneth Riggins, who's accused of robbery for stealing cigarettes from a convenience store on North Cody Road in March, 2013.
"What separates this from a regular theft is that he struck the clerk. And that bumped it up from a regular theft to a robbery. So it's really from a misdemeanor to a violent felony," said Mobile Police spokesman Corporal Christopher Levy.
Riggins is 25 years old, 5 foot 10 inches tall and weighs 180 pounds. If you've seen Riggins and know where police can find him, call the FOX10 News Fugitive Files/Crimestoppers Hotline at 251-208-7000.
Police say you might spot Riggins around Mobile Terrace near Fifth street and Lincoln Boulevard. If you've seen him, turn him in.
