1 Clove garlic
2 Anchovies filets
¼ tsp Dry mustard
2 tbl Worcestershire
1 oz Red wine vinegar
3 oz Oil
1 Egg yolk
5 oz Grated Parmasen cheese
Salt and pepper to taste
6 to 8 oz of Romaine lettuce, washed and chopped
In a bowl, smash garlic, anchovies, egg yolk, cheese and dry mustard Slowly add worcestershire, red wine vinegar and then mix in oil and about two squeezes of lemon. Salt and pepper to taste.
Dress chopped romaine and sprinkle with croutons. If desired, serve with grilled flank steak.
