The Baldwin County Sheriff's Office is investigating a fatal stabbing.
The stabbing happened Sunday around 11:45 p.m. at a home on the 13000 block in Leatherbury Road in Loxley.
When deputies arrived on the scene, they found Timothy Russell Myers with a single stab wound to the torso area. His wife, Britnea, was trying to do CPR on him and was holding a towel over the stab wound.
Timothy Myers was taken to South Baldwin Regional Medical Center where he passed away.
Britnea Myers is being questioned by deputies, along with another witness.
Timothy Myers has been arrested several times, including for domestic violence.
No charges have been filed at this time.
