BALDWIN COUNTY, Ala. (WALA) - The ongoing saga of Baldwin County versus the county fair turned a new chapter Tuesday, May 7.
The dispute stems over the lease for the Coliseum in Robertsdale with the Baldwin County Cattle and Fair Association.
In a surprise inspection, the county found the property in bad shape.
They took pictures showing dead rodents, shoddy maintenance, and generally nasty conditions at the Coliseum.
The findings from that inspection were presented at Tuesday's commission meeting.
After little debate, the commission is giving the Fair Association 60 days to clean up the property.
