DAPHNE, Ala. (WALA) - Daphne police have identified a suspect they say walked out of a Target store with flat screen televisions not once but twice.
Arrest warrants have been issued for Frank Andrew Jordan.
Investigators say on February 10, 2013, an employee noticed Jordan leaving the store with a 39 inch LED television.
