MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Residents on Pillans Street in Mobile said it usually stays pretty quiet in their neighborhood but Tuesday night, it was anything but quiet when witnesses said at least a dozen gunshots were fired.
Neighbors said LaShawn Malone left a home on the street after an argument and she came back in a her car armed with a gun.
Witnesses said Malone drove by the house several times firing shots one of the bullets actually went through this door and into a couch.
“I just heard a bunch of commotion and then I heard pow, pow, pow, pow, pow,” one witness said.
At one point, neighbors said Malone actually drove into the yard leaving behind tire tracks in the grass and bullet holes on the side paneling of the house.
“All I saw was head lights and then fire the next thing was to get down stop drop and roll," said Orlando Barron.
Mobile police said an officer saw Malone fire the shots at the home and arrested her.
Witness said they’re thankful no one was hurt.
