MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - The Mobile County Sheriff's Office website said 20-year-old was arrested by the U.S. Marshal’s Office on Wednesday. September 18, 2013.
Deangelo Miller is charged with murder and attempted murder.
Mobile County Assistant District Attorney JoBeth Murphree says Miller is the fourth suspect charged in connection with the September 11, 2012 shooting death of 24 year-old Detoria Cook.
The three other suspects that have already been arrested are: Braxton Thomas, Roman Harris, and Dennis Hayward. Miller was indicted by the Grand Jury in August.
The Mobile County Public Schools System confirmed that Miller graduated from Vigor High School in 2012.
