MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - Mobile Police said 57-year-old Rita Fox was arrested and charged after she filed a police report saying that her car had been stolen.
Police discovered later that Fox left her car at Club Casino located on Schillinger Road in Mobile.
Mobile Police said Fox went to Club Casino and got drunk. They said she later went home, apparently without her car.
The next day she reported the car stolen, but her car was still at Club Casino.
Fox has been released on bond. She has no other criminal charges listed in Mobile.
