3-4lb Chuck roast
4 tbl Garlic, minced
2 cups Orange juice
8 Green onions, chopped
2 tbl Arrowroot flour
3 Sweet potatoes, chopped
2 tbl Tamari sauce
1 yellow onion, chopped
2 tsp Thyme
2 tsp Coriander
1 tbl Rapadura sugar
4 Bay leaves
2 tsp Cloves
2 cups Beef broth
Combine all ingredients except beef broth into two separate gallon-sized freezer bags.
Lay flat, label and place in your freezer.
Day of cooking, place contents of bag into your slow cooker and add beef broth. Cook on low for 8 hours or on high for 4.
Serve with rice, couscous, a salad or make sandwiches.
Prep time: 15 minutes
Cook time: 4 to 8 hours
