MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - FOX10 News Fugitive Files Devonte Clemons is wanted for robbery.
He's accused of a hold-up that happened on July 21, 2013 on Cottage Hill Road in Mobile.
"Mr. Clemons went to the Little Caesars in the 8000 block of Cottage Hill Road, and while armed with a gun, actually robbed the store. We were able to identify him and we've actually signed warrants on him for that robbery," said Corporal Christopher Levy.

While he is only 19, he has two active warrants out for robbery, and he's been arrested in the past on burglary and criminal trespass charges.
FOX10 News has learned William "Eddie" Patrick, captain of Mobile's First police precinct, has been demoted following an internal investigation.
The trial for Giuseppe Pino Loporto continues today in Baldwin County. Loporto, now in his 80s faces several sex abuse charges against a child dating back to the early 90s.
