MOBILE, Ala. (WALA) - UPDATE: Tristan Johnson surrendered at the Mobile County Metro Jail after appearing on FOX10 News Fugitive Files. He is the 578th suspect to be arrested and the 305th to surrender.

Tristan Johnson is accused of using a friend's card without permission. Initially, the friend didn't know Johnson was the suspect.
"They had actually had conversations about the fact that someone was using his card and he had actually offered to help them figure out who it was," said Mobile Police Corporal Christopher Levy.
Police say the victim identified Johnson from bank surveillance pictures. Johnson is 26 years old, 5 feet 10 inches tall and weighs 135 pounds. He's been arrested in the past for possession of marijuana, burglary, traffic violations and police say Johnson might be probation.
Police say Johnson's last known address was 2359 Dukes Avenue in Mobile, near USA Medical Center. He might be driving a dark, Pontiac Firebird convertible. There are now 5 active warrants for his arrest. Turn him in.
