So many people use traveling as an excuse not to work out. Cindy Ross from Bodies By Cindy joined us on Studio10 to motivate us to Get Fit even when on a trip!
There are several workouts you can do at the hotel. But the key is preparation. If you know you are going to be traveling, do your research and find out if the hotel you’re staying at has a fitness facility.
Also, Cindy demonstrated many workouts you can do with simple, easy-to-pack resistant bands.
