Devan Coffaro joined the FOX10 News team in June 2015 as a multimedia journalist.
She’s originally from Tampa, Florida. Born into a Florida family, she was raised on the water, learning how to fish and dive at a young age.
She attended the University of Central Florida where she studied broadcast journalism and political science. While attending UCF in Orlando, Devan interned for three different news stations and worked on the nationally covered George Zimmerman trial.
She also spent a summer in Washington, D.C., where she worked for both Senator Bill Nelson and the Florida House, Florida's state embassy. Aside from internships, Devan also gained experience at UCF Knightly News. There, she worked as a reporter, producer, anchor, photographer, and eventually the assistant news director.
She also won a Florida Associated Press Broadcasters Award for her work in 2014.
Devan is ecstatic to join the FOX10 team! She can't wait to experience all the Gulf Coast has to offer. When she's not in the newsroom, you can find her fishing, painting or experimenting with a new recipe.
